Amber Bardon, founder and CEO of Parasol Alliance, has been named a winner of the 2026 ForzaDash MSPInfluencer Women of the MSP Channel Awards.

Bardon founded Parasol Alliance as an alternative to transactional IT support. The company begins client relationships with comprehensive technology assessments and strategic roadmaps that connect technology with operational goals, resident experience, cybersecurity, business optimization, and future innovation.

Under Bardon’s leadership, Parasol Alliance has completed more than 120 strategic technology assessments across over 85 senior living communities. The company has also delivered more than 1,000 technology transformation and optimization projects.
This work helps senior living organizations modernize operations, streamline business systems, strengthen cybersecurity, and prepare for emerging capabilities such as artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics.
