Colleen Baldrey Named a 2026 ForzaDash MSPInfluencer Woman of the Channel

Colleen Baldrey, Growth Marketing Specialist at Moovila, has been named a winner of the 2026 ForzaDash MSPInfluencer Women of the MSP Channel Awards.

The recognition honors her community-first approach to channel marketing, commitment to education, and ability to turn genuine MSP engagement into measurable business results.

Although early in her MSP career, Baldrey has already established herself as a helpful and recognizable presence in the communities where providers exchange advice and discuss industry challenges.

Rather than treating those spaces as promotional channels, she participates as a member—listening, answering questions when appropriate, and respecting the culture each community has developed.

Building Trust Through Participation

Baldrey is active in communities including MSPGeek, The Tech Tribe, Reddit, Discord, and Facebook groups. These conversations give her direct insight into the challenges MSPs face around project management, resource planning, burnout, and inefficient processes.

She brings those insights back to Moovila, where they help inform educational content, messaging, and community-engagement strategies based on genuine MSP needs.

Her consistent participation has helped humanize Moovila’s presence in the channel. In one example from her nomination, another vendor tagged Baldrey in a discussion about project management tools because they associated her with useful knowledge and a willingness to help.

That unsolicited recommendation illustrates the trust she has built by contributing without forcing a sales message into every conversation.

Connecting Community With Measurable Growth

Baldrey has also created measurable results through Moovila’s event strategy. She introduced booth-based demo booking to convert conference engagement into trackable sales activity.

The approach generated a 300% increase in trade-show demo bookings, according to her nomination, while giving Moovila a clearer way to understand event-driven pipeline impact.

Her influence extends into formal channel leadership through her role on GTIA’s Channel Development Advisory Council. This position allows her to contribute to broader conversations about the channel’s future while maintaining direct relationships with MSP professionals in grassroots communities.

The 2026 MSPInfluencer Women of the MSP Channel Award recognizes women whose leadership and contributions create meaningful industry impact.

Baldrey’s recognition reflects a new model of channel engagement—one built on curiosity, usefulness, education, and sustained participation. By meeting MSPs where they already gather and respecting those communities, she is helping create a more human connection between technology vendors and the providers they serve.
