Stefanie Hammond Named a 2026 ForzaDash MSPInfluencer Woman of the Channel
Stefanie Hammond, Head Nerd for MSP Growth at N-able, has been named a winner of the 2026 ForzaDash MSPInfluencer Women of the MSP Channel Awards.
The recognition honors her work helping managed service providers transform business ideas into practical growth strategies through education, mentorship, and community building.
With more than 22 years in the channel, Hammond has worked alongside MSPs since the industry’s transition from break-fix support to recurring-revenue services. That experience gives her a valuable perspective on how provider business models have evolved and what MSPs need to create stronger, more resilient organizations.
Turning Strategy Into Action
Hammond’s educational programs address demand generation, customer acquisition, sales execution, packaging, pricing, security positioning, co-managed IT services, and business resilience.
Rather than limiting her training to high-level concepts, she provides implementation steps that MSPs can apply directly. Her masterclasses, workshops, bootcamps, seminars, and webinars consistently receive attendee scores between 4.5 and 4.7 out of five, according to her nomination.
Hammond has also created nine companion guides and playbooks designed to help providers put new strategies into practice.
One of her newer initiatives is the MSP Sales and Marketing Book Club. The recurring forum connects lessons from bestselling business books with the realities of running an MSP. It attracts approximately 100 registrations each month and has developed a growing community of regular participants.
Members have reported using the sessions to improve prospecting, sharpen marketing messages, strengthen sales processes, and build greater confidence.
Leading Through Education and Mentorship
Within N-able, Hammond supports sales enablement and mentors customer success teams, sales development representatives, sales professionals, and new employees. Her work helps internal teams understand the MSP business model and support partner growth more effectively.
Her leadership is relationship-oriented and grounded in a genuine investment in others’ success. She creates a supportive environment where MSP professionals—and particularly women in the industry—can discuss business challenges, develop confidence, and receive practical guidance.
The 2026 MSPInfluencer Women of the MSP Channel Award recognizes women whose leadership and community contributions create meaningful industry impact.
Hammond’s recognition reflects her ability to combine decades of experience with approachable education and actionable advice. Whether she is leading a masterclass, writing a playbook, mentoring a provider, or facilitating a book-club discussion, her objective remains consistent: help MSPs move from ideas into action and build businesses prepared for sustainable growth.
