Dani Pickens Named a 2026 ForzaDash MSPInfluencer Woman of the Channel
Dani Pickens, Vice President of Channel Sales at AgileBlue, has been named a winner of the 2026 ForzaDash MSPInfluencer Women of the MSP Channel Awards.
The recognition honors her work modernizing cybersecurity channel programs, helping MSPs expand into security services, and creating meaningful mentorship and career-development opportunities for women in technology.
With more than a decade of channel experience, Pickens has helped build and scale partner programs across multiple cybersecurity and technology organizations. Her work has generated millions of dollars in partner-influenced pipeline and recurring revenue, according to her award submission.
Building a Next-Generation Channel
Pickens advocates for what she describes as a “NextGen Channel” approach. Rather than measuring success only through partner recruitment or top-line program numbers, she focuses on activation, education, partner experience, co-selling, and sustainable business outcomes.
She works directly with MSPs, VARs, and trusted advisors to simplify cybersecurity conversations, develop practical go-to-market strategies, and create realistic paths into security services.
Her collaborative leadership style brings sales, marketing, operations, and partner teams together around shared accountability and long-term relationships. Externally, she has become a trusted advisor by providing hands-on guidance and investing time in partner success.
Pickens has received numerous industry honors, including four consecutive CRN Women of the Channel recognitions from 2022 through 2025. She was named a CRN Channel Chief in 2026 and received Henderson State University’s Young Alumni Achievement award.
Supporting Women Through Community
Pickens is also the co-founder of The Executive Evolution, a community dedicated to connecting and supporting women in technology and channel leadership.
Through its mentorship initiative, TEEM, the organization provides opportunities for collaboration, professional development, and support during leadership challenges, career transitions, and periods of burnout.
Pickens also launched a volunteer-led community job board and networking effort. By using industry relationships, referrals, and personal connections, the project helped more than five professionals secure new roles over two years.
These efforts were not connected to sales targets or compensation. They grew from a desire to build a more supportive and people-centered technology community.
