Jennifer Roy Named a 2026 ForzaDash MSPInfluencer Woman of the Channel
Jennifer Roy, CEO of Nucleus Networks, has been named a winner of the 2026 ForzaDash MSPInfluencer Women of the MSP Channel Awards.
This recognition honors her work building a modern, people-first managed service provider while mentoring emerging leaders and creating greater visibility for women across the channel.
Roy’s leadership philosophy is based on the belief that strong culture and strong financial performance should reinforce one another. At Nucleus Networks, she has introduced structured leadership systems, clear accountability, and a focus on employee and client retention as foundations for sustainable growth.
Choosing Sustainable Growth
During a period of strong company expansion, Roy recognized early signs of employee strain and inconsistencies in business operations. Rather than continuing to pursue growth without addressing those issues, she paused to strengthen the company’s foundation.
Roy led the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System, establishing clearer responsibilities, consistent leadership meetings, measurable goals, and a shared approach to accountability.
She also invested in developing the leadership team, resetting expectations and making difficult decisions to ensure people were working in roles aligned with their strengths.
The changes contributed to 34% EBITDA growth in 2024 and 18% growth in 2025, according to her nomination. Nucleus also improved its employee Net Promoter Score from 50 to 56.4.
Those results demonstrate Roy’s central principle: MSPs can improve business performance without sacrificing employees, culture, or long-term resilience.
Creating More Visible Paths to Leadership
Roy contributes to the broader channel through advisory roles with ScalePad, D&H Canada, CanITCon, The Channel Company, and Synthreo. She also serves on GTIA’s Board of Directors and participates in its Global Women in Technology core committee.
Through GTIA’s mentorship program and informal relationships, she supports emerging MSP leaders and women navigating career advancement.
Roy has also pushed herself to accept public-speaking opportunities at events including Pax8 Beyond and CanITCon. Although speaking took her outside her comfort zone, she believes women need to see themselves represented in visible leadership positions.
Her contributions have earned recognition including CRN’s 2025 CEO of the Year, the 2025 Pax8 Women in Tech Award, and inclusion in CRN’s Women of the Channel Power 100 and Solution Provider Power 80.
The 2026 MSPInfluencer Women of the MSP Channel Award recognizes women creating measurable and lasting industry impact.
