Proofpoint 365 Total Protection Wins a 2026 ForzaDash MSPInfluencer Vendor Excellence Award
Proofpoint 365 Total Protection has been named a winner of the 2026 ForzaDash MSPInfluencer Vendor Excellence Awards. The recognition honors its commitment to helping managed service providers reduce tool sprawl, improve operational efficiency, and deliver stronger protection to small and midsized businesses.
MSPs are frequently required to combine separate products for email security, backup, compliance, and security awareness. Managing those tools can increase administrative work, affect margins, and make it more difficult to provide a consistent client experience.
Proofpoint 365 Total Protection addresses this challenge through a unified, multi-tenant platform designed specifically around MSP operations. The AI-powered platform brings together advanced email security, backup, compliance, and security-awareness capabilities, helping partners standardize their technology stacks and automate more of their workflows.
Protecting the Human Layer
Cyberattacks increasingly target employees through phishing, impersonation, social engineering, and other human-focused methods. MSPs must provide enterprise-grade protection against these threats without the staffing or resources of a large security organization.
Proofpoint 365 Total Protection applies AI-driven threat detection and response to help MSPs identify sophisticated attacks while minimizing manual effort. Combining protection with backup, compliance, and awareness capabilities also allows providers to offer a more complete security service without coordinating numerous vendors.
The platform supports more than 125,000 customers and works with over 12,000 channel partners and MSPs across more than 120 countries, according to its award submission.
Supporting MSP Growth
The company treats MSPs as strategic partners and provides structured training, certification programs, technical documentation, sales enablement, and co-selling support. Partners can also access co-branded marketing materials, limited market development funds, tiered incentives, and predictable monthly billing.
Post-sale resources include around-the-clock support, dedicated account managers, knowledge bases, partner portals, and regular program communications. Annual or semiannual advisory councils provide another channel for gathering MSP feedback.
Proofpoint reports investing more than $1 million annually in MSP events, content, marketing, and channel programs.
Following Proofpoint’s acquisition of Hornetsecurity in December 2025, the newly established Proofpoint MSP Platform business unit is continuing to focus on automation, margin optimization, and simplified security operations.
This Vendor Excellence Award recognizes Proofpoint 365 Total Protection for helping MSPs consolidate essential services, operate more efficiently, and scale without a corresponding increase in cost or complexity.
