Brook Lee of Rev.io Named a 2026 ForzaDash MSPInfluencer Channel Leader
Brook Lee, Senior Director of Community at Rev.io, has been named a winner of the 2026 ForzaDash MSPInfluencer Channel Leader Awards. The recognition honors her practitioner-led approach to education, community development, partner advocacy, and sustainable growth across the MSP channel.
Before moving into the broader technology channel, Lee developed firsthand experience throughout the managed services business. Her career has included roles in dispatch, engineering, project management, virtual CIO services, and operations leadership. She later advised and helped rebuild MSPs across the United States, giving her a detailed understanding of the operational and leadership challenges facing service providers.
That background now informs how she connects Rev.io with the MSP community.
Education Before Promotion
Lee’s channel philosophy begins with treating MSP professionals as practitioners rather than prospects. Instead of leading with a product pitch, she focuses on understanding their businesses and delivering useful education through speaking engagements, podcasts, newsletters, online communities, and industry conversations.
Since joining Rev.io in January 2026, Lee has worked to expand the company’s visibility and credibility within the MSP market. She created a community and content engine designed to generate ongoing value rather than short-term attention. According to the award submission, these efforts are growing at approximately five times the rate of previous initiatives, while Rev.io forecasts nearly fivefold growth in event-attributed annual recurring revenue compared with the prior year.
Lee is also helping establish structured feedback channels between MSP partners and Rev.io. These include dedicated online spaces for product input, monthly conversations connecting partners directly with developers, and a Partner Advisory Council. The goal is to make practitioner feedback a visible influence on Rev.io’s product roadmap and channel strategy.
Building a Stronger MSP Community
Beyond her work at Rev.io, Lee serves as Co-Chair of the GTIA North America Executive Council, Chair of the GTIA North America Women in Tech Council, and a member of the organization’s Global Leadership Committee.
She is a vocal advocate for greater representation across technology leadership, keynote stages, and industry panels. Her contributions include developing resources focused on hiring and retaining women and minorities in the MSP sector and creating programs that make inclusion initiatives more accessible.
