The first day featured IT Nation Grow, a well-attended event packed with valuable information. This intensive one-day boot camp demystified business transition for MSPs, covering every aspect, including financial, legal, operational, emotional preparedness, and security. Whether attendees were curious about or ready to dive into the processes from either side of the deal, this workshop had something for everyone.

#2: IT Nation Gives – Dog Treat Making
On June 3, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM ET, IT Nation Gives hosted a dog treat-making session in the Sun Lobby. This interactive, hands-on session required no prior experience and supported K9s For Warriors. Participants mixed and assembled dog treats, with all proceeds going towards pairing struggling Warriors with shelter dogs trained to assist veterans with PTSD, traumatic brain injury, or military sexual trauma. The goal was to raise $50,000 for this worthy cause.
#3: Keynote Highlights
The keynote address emphasized the mission “Wise together, rise together” to the 1,200 attendees. Notable announcements included:
- Sidekick for Security: A new AI tool.
- ConnectWise Security360: An integrated security solution.
- MSP Security Score: A new metric for evaluating security performance.
- MDR for Microsoft 365: Enhanced security features for Microsoft 365.
- MDR Executive Report: Comprehensive reporting for Managed Detection and Response.

#4: IT Nation Gives – Supporting K9s For Warriors
IT Nation Gives returned with its popular dog treat-making session. Attendees participated in mixing and assembling dog treats, with all proceeds supporting K9s For Warriors. This initiative paired struggling Warriors with shelter dogs trained to assist veterans with PTSD, traumatic brain injury, or military sexual trauma. The goal was to raise $50,000 for this noble cause. Veterans were also invited to join a special meetup to connect and share experiences with fellow service members.
