How Are the Winners Selected?

Applicants provide information about client growth, endpoint scale, target markets, service expansion, and overall business direction. Revenue information is optional and is not publicly disclosed.
Operational Performance

Applicants share information about their PSA and RMM platforms, security tools, infrastructure, cloud capabilities, and other technologies used to support clients.
Strategy and Positioning
The evaluation examines how each MSP approaches organic growth, acquisitions, industry participation, peer engagement, market specialization, and long-term positioning.
Marketing and Industry Presence
Brand visibility, educational content, community participation, and engagement across industry and social channels are also considered.
Final recognition is determined by the ForzaDash | MSPInfluencer Board based on the submitted information and each company’s overall performance. The methodology is intended to reward strong execution and sustainable business practices—not popularity alone.
